bd44 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bd44" or "the Platform" means the online casino and sports betting service accessible at bd44.vu and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs operated under that brand.
• "Player" or "You" means any natural person who registers an account on bd44 and uses the Platform to access games or betting markets.

Each Player may hold one (1) Account on bd44. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile phone number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

bd44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Subject to normal payment network conditions, deposits are credited to the Player's account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. bd44 does not charge any platform-side fee for standard deposits.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending investigation on the account. Withdrawals are made exclusively to the same mobile banking account used for deposit, registered in the account holder's verified name.

Withdrawal limits and timelines:

bd44 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion communication states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as Real Money.
• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bd44. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance subject to investigation, and may result in the reporting of relevant information to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an advantage over other Players or the Platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to:

bd44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bd44
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring closure of the account

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
